Celeriac might not be everyone’s favourite, but this salad works for me. The flavours are earthy and strong.
1 celeriac bulb – coarsely grated
2-3 tbs creme fraiche (add more if the salad seems dry), or you can add a bit of quality mayonnaise
1 garlic clove – pressed
1-2 hard-boiled eggs – chopped (or use the egg slicer to cut the egg horizontally and vertically)
salt and pepper
Mix together and enjoy with some fresh bread.
