Banana quark

banana quarkThis is super easy, tasty and protein-rich breakfast.

For 1 portion:

125 g quark
1 banana
1 tbs cold pressed linseed oil
1 tsp honey
1 tsp cocoa powder
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp chia seeds (optional)

Mash the banana with fork and mix in all the other ingredients. Enjoy!
