When you don’t feel creative, but you want to have a tasty sandwich or offer a snack to your visitors.
You need to mix:
2 cans of tuna chunks – drained (I prefer those in oil, they have more flavour)
2-3 tablespoons of capers
a small handful of chopped olives
2-3 tablespoons of white yogurt
Season with salt, pepper, dried or fresh oregano/basil – depending on what you have. I sometimes add chili flakes too for an additional kick.
