This is the simplest delicious version. You only need 3 ingredients to make it.
It also works if one of your avocados is not completely ripe and you still have a craving for some tortilla-based dinner:-)
1 lime – try to juice a half first and add to your taste
sweet chili sauce to taste (helps balance the taste, especially if some avocado is not fully ripe)
You can also try swapping chili sauce for a teaspoon of honey or adding a bit of grated ginger.
Mash together or use a stick mixer.
I have also tested mixing in some ingredients I found on Shenae Grimes-Beech’s website – a small can of organic corn and half a red onion finely chopped. They work really well too.
