1. Are you tired of tea strainers that often leave bits of tea leaves swimming in your mug? Try folding a coffee filter into a triangle shape instead. That's what I came up with when I wanted a nice cup of tea without the mess. It also sits nicely in a mug.

This is my version of a recipe I tried from a book by Nadine Abensur. Basically, I have skipped some ingredients and changed the preparation method because I wanted to see how it tastes when you cheat a bit. And also, I couldn't bother buying celery sticks and carrots. It worked wonderfully and became my new favourite dahl.
Another sweet treat we make during Christmas. No baking, no flour, just pure chocolate nuttiness:-)
